  • Are you ready to book an evaluation? Or do you have any questions about my services? Please fill out the form below and I will get back to you on Wednesdays and Fridays via text or call. 

  • In the state of Pennsylvania and Delaware, you may be seen by a physical therapist for 30 days without a physician referral. If your services continue past 30 days, you will need to obtain a script to continue.
