Welcome!

I'm so glad you're here!

I’m Meg, a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a passion for Pelvic Health. My mission? Helping women feel strong, confident, and like the absolute rockstars they are as they navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

a bit about me..

My journey into pelvic health began in PT school, where I first noticed the huge gap in education around women’s health. So many women felt scared or embarrassed to talk about issues “down there,” and even more didn’t realize there was help available. That realization lit a fire in me.

I’ve always loved orthopedic work and functional strength — not just being strong, but being strong for life demands. As I learned more about the pelvic floor and how it connects to the entire body, I knew I wanted to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms.

My passion grew even deeper as I started working with pregnant and postpartum women. I saw the intense physical demands of pregnancy and birth, and it didn’t sit right with me that so many were told to just “get through it.” I found myself wondering: why do we tell women their bodies “just know what to do,” yet give them no real tools to prepare? We wouldn’t run a marathon without training — why should birth be any different?

That question led me to become a birth doula and create a comprehensive pushing prep class, blending my physical therapy expertise with hands-on support during labor and delivery.

Now, as a new mama to a baby girl, I’ve lived through the beauty and unpredictability of birth firsthand. My own experience didn’t go according to plan — and just like I tell my clients, it rarely does. But what makes all the difference is preparation, support, and the ability to meet the moment with confidence and flexibility.
